You can't beat the taste of fresh smoked Alaskan Salmon from the cold waters of Southeast Alaska.Our hand processed Alaskan Salmon is fresh from the icy cold, pristine waters of Southeast Alaska and custom hot smoked using Alder. Our home and fish factory are situated in Hyder, Alaska, "The Friendliest Ghost Town in Alaska". Surrounded by glacial capped mountains and an abundance of wildlife, Hyder is located just 24 hours from Seattle, Washington by road.

Seafood is our family business and smoked salmon  is our specialty. We pride ourselves on quality, personal hands on attention from start to finish to insure the flavor of Alaska. Our shorebased processor and retail store are open year round. Once our salmon is custom smoked, it is vacuumed sealed, and then frozen to insure freshness.

  • Whole cooks are $3.25US per pound
    • We'll deliver in MT for $3.50US per pound

Ordering info

Vacuumed sealed, Alaskan Smoked Salmon from Hyder, Alaska.We receive mail by mail plane from Ketchikan, Alaska service only twice a week, weather permitting.  Due to our unique location your order will be sent on Monday or Tuesday and you will receive your order that Thursday or Friday. Using gel packs we send your product priority post, saving you, our customer, money.

Prices may fluctuate in the course of a season.
